Ribbon Cutting Ceremony 2023

Briggs & Barrett Project held a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Norfolk Area Chamber of Commerce for the opening of its new office space located in Norfolk, Nebraska.

During the ribbon cutting, Brittany Melby, Director of BBP, provided an update on all areas of what Briggs & Barrett Project does. Brittany also spoke of a new location that will be opening for Nursery of Hope. Melby expressed how much of an impact the donation of Owlet's has had on the community.

"Prior to 2019, there were seven SIDS related deaths in the community. In 2018 the Briggs and Barrett Project was established, and we were headstrong in the community. Since January of 2019, there's been zero cardiac infant related deaths in the community per the Norfolk Fire and Rescue team."
