When placing an order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and made ready for shipping. Orders place during high volume seasons, sales or holidays are subject to extra processing time.


Depending on your location, most orders may take 5 to 7 business days to arrive once the order has been processed and ready for shipping. Many orders are processed and delivered much sooner than this, but please allow 7 to 14 business days to receive an item. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing an order. Briggs & Barrett Project is not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address and will not refund or replace items that are damaged, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered. Once an item is shipped, it is up to the carrier to decide what routes to take in order to deliver the shipment; and, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local post office with any setbacks that occur while in transit. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event the order is delayed, destination address was incorrect, or if the order contained free shipping.


All items and products purchased with purpose at Briggs & Barrett Project’s Boutique are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Refunds or exchanges are not offered by Briggs & Barrett Project’s Boutique for in-store or over the phone purchases. 

We kindly request that you carefully inspect all products before making a purchase, and proceed to buy at your own discretion. This no-return policy encompasses regularly priced items, sale or discounted items, in-store purchases, grab bag, over the phone purchases, special event tickets or registrations, and Briggs & Barrett Project Boutique Gift Certificates.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or we sent you the incorrect item, please email us within 15 days of product delivery at with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

It is important to note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, Briggs & Barrett Project will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing the correct information.
